I once flew back from Shanghai for 24hrs just to go to The Apple Pan! That being said, who isn’t up for a challenge! “Mouthwatering” is a big statement. I have a pretty dry mouth, so this thing better well pack a punch to get me to that level. Do the juices flow? Do the accessory fries make you sit back in your chair and think about the good old days, when Radio Flyer meant more than picking old Charlie to place 3rd in the races. I”m ready, i’m set – but is this burger? Here I come burger, and i”m bringing my own ketchup with me, or do you come with your own flavorful mouthwatering sauces? I’ve been known to bring my own ketchup, but, o gosh-darn-it – I feel like giving you a shot here – a real shot. So, here’s to trying out the best burger that this man has ever had – Good luck, and god bless America! ]]>

Excited to see the LAB opened and rolling with its beers. This area is fast becoming a tiny craft beer lover’s paradise and based on the interview above, I am anxious to try the LAB out. I’ll be there tonight and will give the house brewed flight a tasting. Obviously, I know the opening is very recent and there’s still probably a lot of effort involved in just perfecting your existing line-up of beers, but I’m wondering if there are any specific styles or seasonals you plan on unveiling as things get a bit settled down. In either event, I’m very excited to visit and taste, especially in light of your brewing experience and travels. ]]>
